Returns Policy – Hive London
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days, provided it meets the return conditions listed below. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund within 30 days to your original payment method.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at contact@hive-london.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.
- Submit proof (photos/videos) if the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Return the item to our designated return address (see Returns Policy).
- Refund Processing: Once received, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Some products cannot be returned, such as hygiene products, opened cosmetics, personalized items, and consumable goods.
