If the contract is concluded electronically, the consumer will be provided with a digital version of these terms that can be stored on a durable data carrier. In case of conflicting terms, the consumer may rely on the most favorable provision.

If any provision in these terms is declared void or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will remain in effect.

The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets its conditions. Upon electronic acceptance, the entrepreneur will confirm receipt immediately. Until this confirmation is received, the consumer may dissolve the contract.

The entrepreneur takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure electronic transactions. If the entrepreneur has valid reasons to refuse an order, they may do so while providing an explanation.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have 30 days from receipt of their order to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason. The consumer must handle the product and packaging with care during this period. If they decide to return it, the product must be sent back with all delivered accessories and in original condition.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the entrepreneur within 30 days via email. After notification, the product must be returned within 14 days with proof of shipment. If the product is not returned within this timeframe, the right of withdrawal expires.

Article 7 - Costs in Case of Withdrawal

  • The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
